Sawgrass Lakes Amenities

The idea behind the development of Sawgrass Lakes was to create interlocking communities with low HOA fees and leave the amenities like swimming pool to the homeowner to build on their lot.  However, Hammock Cove as the 2nd largest community in the Sawgrass Lakes is the only development offering a clubhouse and swimming pool.  While Hammock Cove is the only community in Sawgrass Lakes offering amenities, some of the bigger homes with larger lots are equipped with their own amenities.  The very low HOA fees maked a good trade-off for most homeowners who rather to enjoy their own private swimming pools and pay less monthly fees.
