Sawgrass Lakes Amenities

The idea behind the development of Sawgrass Lakes was to create interlocking communities with low HOA fees and leave the amenities like swimming pool to the homeowner to build on their own lots.  However, Hammock Cove as the 2nd largest community in the Sawgrass Lakes is the only development offering a clubhouse and swimming pool. The very low HOA fees is a good trade-off for most homeowners who rather enjoy their own private swimming pools and pay less monthly fees.
