Minto started the development of Townpark in 2008 with 1,100 homes in the plan.  The design of the homes divided into two groups of the Coastal Collection and Shoreline Collection, each with five different models for a total of 10 models to choose from.  While the Shoreline Collection offers a larger 2,333 to 3,242 square feet estate home, the Coastal collection is comprised of more intimate 2+ bedroom homes with sizes from 1,895 to 2,552 square feet.  All homes are offered with 2 cars attached garage and built with the latest sustainable and energy-efficient technologies.
