Gatlin Commons in Port Saint Lucie
Gatlin Commons is a neighborhood with condominiums, residential homes, and rental properties along with some deed restricted communities. Many are gated communities with HOA to keep up with the community maintenance. The most noted community in the area is Newport Isle. which is a larger gated community with 550 single family homes and 215 townhomes. This is a developing community with land uses still being requested in the Port St Lucie Building and Zoning Department.
Due to the vast collection of homes in gated and non-gated developments, there are literally hundreds of home types in the area ranging from smaller homes and condominiums to larger single-family homes with the most modern amenities.
