The Lakes at Tradition is a wonderful community in popular Town of Tradition in western Port Saint Lucie Florida, which was constructed by one of the most prominent builders in the area, DiVosta Homes, between 2001 and 2008. The community offers a great selection of amenities along with a Homeowner Association that essentially takes care of almost everything from the exterior of the homes, landscaping, irrigation to cable TV, and high-speed internet. The maintenance fee makes the home in The Lakes at Tradition practically maintenance-free.

The lakes at Tradition also belong to Tradition Master Association, which maintains the common area throughout the Town of Tradition including the Town Square, Tradition Dog Park, and Tradition Butterfly Park. The amount of the fees paid is based on the size of the homes with the smallest models model Capri being the lowest followed by the Oakmont model and finally, the highest maintenance is for Carlyle Model.
