Toll Brothers were the original builders between 2005 to 2oo7, completing 54 single-family homes. These homes were offered in 5 models with floor plans ranging from 2,740 Sq. Ft. to 3,883 Sq. Ft. The further construction came to halt after the real estate market crash. The development of the remainder of the Estates at Tradition received a new life when D.R. Horton took over the project.

D R Horton restarted the construction in Estates at Tradition with 9 distinct luxury models that vary in sizes from near 2,300 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 2 car garage, 1 story single-family homes to the larger model with near 4,350 square feet living area, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3 car garage, 2 story luxury single-family homes. There is also the Redwood Model that offers 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 3 car garage, a 2 story single-family home with 3,742 square feet under air. Many of D.R. Horton homes, as well as the homes built by Toll Brothers for sale in the Estates at Tradition, are lakefront homes and some also offer private swimming pools as well.
