The development of Victoria Parc at Tradition, Florida originally took place in 2007, but the construction fell victim to the crash of the real estate market. The remaining unsold lots remained abandoned until two of the area’s most solid builders, DR Horton and GHO Homes took over the development. Both companies offer a selection of wonderful floor plans for new homes. The GHO Homes completed their section of the homes in the Victoria Parc but DR Horton continued with their homes and eventually, the Express Homes, an affiliate of DR Horton, took over the remaining homes introducing their models.

Victoria Parc Rules and Regulations
We recommend to all new home buyers in Victoria Parc to review the Victoria Parc Rules and Regulations prior to purchase. This step is very important when purchasing homes or condominiums that are ruled by an association. This is to avoid unknown surprises, such as the rules about Pets, Trucks, and Motorcycles, after the purchase.

While at this time Victoria Parc does not offer amenities similar to other gated communities but that has not slowed down the sales of new homes or the resale of the previously built homes in the community. This is mainly because of the low maintenance fees for Victoria Parc residents.
