Victoria Parc Rules and Regulations

We recommend to all new home buyers in Victoria Parc to review the Victoria Parc Rules and Regulations prior to purchase.  This step is very important when purchasing homes or condominiums that are ruled by an association.   This is to avoid unknown surprises, such as the rules about Pets, Trucks, and Motorcycles, after the purchase.

Other local attactions include Tradition Field, home of the Mets, in St Lucie West.  Just to the South off I-95 is the Town of Tradition at St Lucie West Blvd where you will find more shopping and restaurants.  Torino is 15 minutes to US1 and 25 minutes to the Beaches.  In the near future Crosstown Parkway will be a quicker route to get to the East Side of Port St Lucie with the expansion of the east-west corridor as an alternate route in the city.  The plan is to extend the Crosstown Parkway to Village Green Drive at US-1 relieving congestion on Prima Vista Blvd and St Lucie Blvd.

There is plenty of shopping in St Lucie West including Burlington, AC Moore, Bells, Stein Mart, Ross and many more.  Grocery stores include Walmart, Publix and newest grocery store addition is Aldi Super Market.
